Steamy around the pool, pool some what cloudy.

A great place to stay with kids! Very impressed with the amenities in the room.

Neat pool area.

They don't open the pool until 10 a.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.

It's a nice, clean hotel with a neat pool area. My only complaint is we asked for a later check-out than 11a.m. and they just moved it back to 11:30.

Air conditioner did not work - was replaced next morning.

Hotel was great other than the air not working. Called front desk & was told they would call maintenance but they probably will not come. They called back & said to try turning off for a few minutes. Very quiet. Newly remodeled room with frig and microwave.

Under major construction, very poor breakfast.

Our room was nice and clean (newly remodeled). There were very few guests, so it was very quiet. The construction made it very difficult to get to the indoor swimming pool. Less the average comfortable bed.

The bed was too hard.

Wet sauna had a strange smell. Breakfast was okay.

Truly I would stay here again just because they let us have our dog there for an additional $10. Our daughter liked the pool. My husband and I liked the whirlpool and hot sauNA It was in a convenient location. Breakfast was just bagels/cereal/doughnuts and/or fruit and juice/milk but that was okay and clean. Hotel manager a creep! He hung up on me.

As a moderately priced hotel, it was fine. The problem was with the manager. When there arose a question about my billing (charging to my credit card) and I called him, he was very rude, arrogant and hung up on me. This is not professional.
